All Sostter products are delivered in a protective dustbag.

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom and are fully insured and tracked.


Delivery times are approximate and Sostter cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, which may delay delivery.

Sale: Please note that during busy sales periods delivery may be delayed.


Worldwide Orders:

All orders shipped outside of the UK will be liable for Customs & Duties costs. At this moment in time, the customer is liable for these charges. These charges are not included in the retail price you see published on the website.

Sostter cannot be held responsible for additional duties or taxes added by local customs authorities. The purchaser is responsible for paying these charges. Please note that duty and sales taxes paid for shipping outside of the EU are not refundable by us when returning your item. 


Only when you, the customer is happy, can we be, and we know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. That's not a problem, we know that's just how the cookie crumbles.

We accept returns for all full-price items that reach us within 30 days of the original delivery date and all sale items that reach us within 14 days of the original delivery date. 

Please return all products in their original condition and packaging along with the original packing list. Please contact us if you require a replacement packing list as any order returned without one will be rejected [ sorry about that but our lovely warehouse team will not be able to identify your return without it ]

At the moment, we do not offer free returns for all orders. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of the return shipment to the UK to the address on the packing list.


Please return [using a tracked courier service...just in case] including the original packing list that was sent in the box with your order.

Sostter cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit. In order to make sure your return reaches us safely; we strongly advise you to use an insured and tracked service.


If you LOVE your new Sostter goodies but think you might have picked the wrong color or even the wrong product, then we'd be chuffed to exchange it for you. Please ping us a message and we will sort it out for you.


Our lovely customer service team will always endeavor to process all refunds as swiftly as possible. We will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the products (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days of Sostter receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned products.

Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Sostter cannot guarantee how long it will take for a refund to show on your account, as this is controlled by the card issuer.
