Duties + Sales Tax
All countries outside of the UK are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are not included in the final price.
Please note that duty and sales taxes paid are not refundable by us when returning your item.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Only when you, the customer is happy, can we be, and we know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. That's not a problem, we know that's just how the cookie crumbles. All we ask if that your refund complies with our Terms and Conditions
Ok, so you have decided that you are not completely overjoyed with your new purchase. That's ok. If you are UK based you are protected by the Consumer Rights Regulations Act 2013 and as law abiding citizens we will refund or exchange (where stock is available) any unused products at any time during the period from our despatch confirmation to the end of 14 days after the day on which you receive the products.
Please post your bag back in its original condition, including your Sostter packing list that was sent in the box with your order.
Returning items will be at the cost of the customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance...just in case.
