To make sure that your bag retains its gorgeousness, we recommend you do the following :
Prior to cleaning, and most importantly, please test a small area of the bag to avoid mistakes that cannot be reversed.
Cleaning: Use a clean, damp cloth with a small amount of water to remove marks from the inside and outer of the bag. Ensure the bag is not saturated and is dry after cleaning to avoid puckering and delamination. Never immerse the bag in water, and do not scrub..EVER!
When not in use, store your new bag in the dust bag provided.....is a free gift from us to you.
The leather used in the making of all Sostter bags is specifically selected from the finest sustainable tanneries in Italy and Asia. Keep your bag dry and for regular cleaning use a clean damp cloth with a leather cream.....job done.
