Look, we'll be honest. When our chocolatiers first combined smooth, creamy milk chocolate with crunchy roasted hazelnuts, brazils, and a whisper of sea salt, we thought they'd gone a bit mad. Turns out they're rather brilliant. These splendid handmade shards are the sort of thing that makes you pause mid-chew and think, well, this is quite marvellous.
