Our Orange Drinking Chocolate is 70 percent dark cocoa, gently grated by hand into those impossibly fine flakes that dissolve into something quite glorious. The blood orange oil does the heavy lifting, adding a subtle fruity note that somehow makes the whole affair feel rather sophisticated without being remotely pompous about it.
