These splendid little cocoa pods are filled with butter ganache spiked with robust whisky, then decorated with deep red cocoa butter and a rather fetching touch of edible gold. Utterly handmade by chocolatiers who clearly know what they're doing, these are fabulous as a gift or as a glorious excuse to treat yourself.

White Chocolate (29 percent Cocoa Min): Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder (19 percent Milk Solids Min), Anhydrous Milk Fat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Whisky (40 percent vol) (11 percent), Sorbitol. Food Colours: E120, E160c, E555, E171, E172.
