How to Use Your Jade Roller After cleansing and toning, apply 5 to 10 drops of your chosen oil onto the face. Using the larger end, start from the centre of the face and gently roll outwards and upwards over cheeks, jawline and forehead. For your chin and neck, roll gently outwards and down towards the collar bone.
How to Use Your Gua Sha Tool After your regular skincare routine, place the tool flat against your forehead and gently scrape upwards from your eyebrows. Move across your cheeks, scraping from nose to ears. For chin and neck, scrape gently downward towards the collar bone, releasing tension as you go.
For Best Results Use the jade roller for 5 minutes during the day, straight from the fridge. Use the gua sha tool for a full 10 minutes at night before bed. We recommend pampering yourself with both tools at least 3 times a week for consistent, rather glorious results.
