Fit and Sizing: Our garments don't need to be skin tight for the infrared technology to work, so choose your size based on personal preference. If you prefer a looser fit, size up. Model shown is 183cm (6 feet) wearing Size Medium.

Size Chart (Chest Measurement): XS: 34 to 38 inches, S: 36 to 38 inches, M: 38 to 40 inches, L: 40 to 42 inches, XL: 42 to 44 inches, XXL: 46 to 48 inches.

Fabric Composition: 50 percent KYnergy Polyester, 32 percent Polyester, 18 percent Elastane.

Care: Wash at 30C (86F). Do not tumble dry.

How to Use: For best results, wear 30 minutes before exercise to prime your muscles and boost circulation, during training, and for at least one hour afterwards to support recovery. The infrared benefits don't diminish over time as the minerals are woven into the fibres themselves, so it remains effective with every wash.
