Format: 14 whole leaf pyramid tea bags per packet
When to Use: Traditionally recommended from week 35 of pregnancy. Start gently with one cup from week 32, increasing to two or three cups daily from week 35 onwards. Also cherished during preconception and for general women's health support.
Preparation: Pour freshly boiled water over one pyramid and infuse for three to five minutes. Reuse the same pyramid two to three times within the same day by brewing a touch longer each steep. Store in a dry place away from direct light.
A Gentle Note: Always consult your GP or midwife before introducing any new herbal blend into your routine, particularly if you're taking medication or have specific health considerations.
