Rather good news: we have managed to collaborate with a rather marvellous local distillery to create something quite special. This is buttery caramel cloaked in milk chocolate, infused with spiced rum that delivers the most delightfully sophisticated notes of cinnamon, ginger, black pepper and vanilla. Each piece is handcrafted by our chocolatiers using sustainable couverture and local cream, finished with gorgeous orange and red cocoa butter swirls. Honestly, it is rather fetching.
These are the sort of chocolates that turn up at dinner parties and make you look impossibly cultured. Perfect for rum enthusiasts, chocolate lovers, or anyone who appreciates something beautifully made.

Product Details
Sizes Available: Choose between a gift box of 16 chocolates (minimum 200g net weight) or a clear bag of 8 chocolates (minimum 100g net weight) tied with ribbon.
Ingredients: Fresh cream, golden syrup, caster sugar, milk chocolate (38 percent cocoa solids minimum), glucose, butter, spiced rum (5.4 percent, 42 percent ABV), sea salt, and cocoa butter decoration with food colourings. Contains milk, soya lecithin, and alcohol. Made in an environment that handles egg, gluten, tree nuts, sesame, sulphites and peanut.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place to maintain that marvellous texture.
