Fit and Sizing: Model wears size Small at 160cm tall. Our garments need not be tight for the infrared to work its magic, so size according to your preference. If you fancy a looser fit, size up. Available in XS through XL.
Fabric Composition: 50 percent infrared polyester, 32 percent polyester, 18 percent elastane. Properly made and designed to last.
Care Instructions: Wash at 30 degrees Celsius. Do not tumble dry. The infrared minerals are woven into the fibres themselves, so they won't fade or diminish with use and normal wear.
Best Use Across Your Training Cycle: Wear 30 minutes before training to prime your muscles, during your session for performance benefits, for at least an hour after to support recovery, and as much as possible if rehabilitating an injury. The effects are continuous and cumulative.
