We deliver to the UK, most of Europe, the USA, and select international destinations.

Important: Not all products ship to every country. Availability depends on the brand’s location and shipping restrictions. Please check the product page before placing your order.
Shipping Times & Processing
Since we work with independent brands, orders may be shipped separately, and delivery times vary based on the brand’s location.
- UK Orders: Typically delivered within 5-8 working days.
- International Orders: Delivery times range from 7-10 working days, depending on the brand and your location.
- Made-to-Order Items: Some products are made on demand and may take longer to dispatch. Estimated dispatch times will be noted on the product page.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, but processing times may vary. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Where is Your Order Shipped From?
As Sostter partners with brands from different parts of the world, your order will be shipped directly from the brand's location. This means:
- Brands Based in the UK: Ship from the UK and are available for international delivery.
- Brands Based in the EU: Some brands may have Brexit-related restrictions for UK deliveries. Please check the product page for availability.
- Brands Based in the USA & Other International Locations: Delivery times and shipping costs may vary.
Orders containing multiple products from different brands may arrive separately.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For most international orders, import duties and taxes are not included in the checkout price.
- If you’re ordering within your country or customs zone, no additional charges apply.
- If you’re ordering from outside your country, you may need to pay import duties, VAT, or sales tax upon delivery.
- Customs charges vary by country. If unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
- Any additional fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Important: If you refuse to pay customs duties and the order is returned to us, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How Much Do You Charge for Shipping?
Our shipping costs depend on:
- Your delivery location
- The brand’s location (since we work with independent brands worldwide)
- The number of brands you order from
Shipping charges are calculated per brand and added at checkout.
What Happens if I’m Not In When My Order Arrives?
- Our couriers make at least 1-2 delivery attempts.
- If they can’t reach you, your parcel may be left at the nearest Access Point for 7-10 days.
- If uncollected, the parcel may be returned to the sender.
Tip: Check your tracking link in your email confirmation to see your parcel’s status.
Can I Change My Delivery Address?
If you need to update your address, contact us at info@sostter.com as soon as possible.
We can’t guarantee address changes once an order has been processed for dispatch.
