What You Receive: Three FM010E terrace house models and three FM010F variants, all 3D printed resin components ready for your personal touch.

Assembly Notes: Windows require careful cutting from a transparent sheet material, and we've included a handy tool to make this rather less fiddly than it sounds. Do give the instructions a proper read and dry assemble before committing to any gluing.

Finishing: These are shipped as raw 3D printed resin, so light sanding and filling may be needed before painting. Detail may vary slightly from photographs depending on the specific size of your models.

Dispatch: Building orders typically ship within seven working days via Royal Mail to UK and international addresses.

Scale: OO gauge, the rather sensible standard for British model railways.

Not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Contains small parts. Adult collectors only.
