Rather embarrassingly, we've spent rather a lot of time obsessing over this one. The Tessa is our warmest baby hat, and we suspect you'll find it rather marvellous. It pairs a gorgeously soft cotton teddy fabric outer layer with a cosy merino wool lining that, if we're being honest, feels rather like wrapping your little one in a cloud. The beauty of it all is that it actually stays put, thanks to functional ties and a clever shape-following cut that doesn't slip over the eyes.

Temperature Regulation That Works The merino wool lining does something rather splendid. It keeps your baby warm between minus 5 and minus 15 degrees Celsius whilst also wicking moisture away from their skin, so they stay dry and comfortable whether you're on a winter walk or snuggled indoors.
Ethically Made and Beautifully Crafted This hat is designed and made in Europe using 100 per cent mulesing free merino wool. The outer layer is 95 per cent certified Oeko-Tex cotton with just 5 per cent elastane for a touch of give.
It Actually Stays in Place The shape-following cut and functional ties mean no more fussing and adjusting. The hat sits properly and won't slip over their eyes mid-adventure.

Temperature Range Ideal for temperatures between minus 5 and minus 15 degrees Celsius.
Care Machine washable on a wool or handwash programme. It may shrink 5 to 7 per cent, so a gentle approach is rather wise. Reshape whilst damp for best results.
