Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All we ask is that you place your order by 12.00 for same-day despatch. Our super speedy team will get your parcel packed, picked, and sent off to you as quickly as possible...it is our mission, and we chose to accept it! All Sostter products are delivered in a protectivdust bag.
During times of high order volume (such as Christmas and Sale periods), dispatch times may be extended. We make every effort to process your order quickly, however we ask for your patience as it may take slightly longer than usual. Sostter ships to 130 countries worldwide. Please note that unfortunately, our nominated delivery services cannot currently deliver to BFPO, PO Box or Freight Forwarding addresses.

For customers outside the UK the website will automatically display prices without UK sales tax. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.
Due to recent customs regulations in Italy for items coming from the UK, it is now mandatory for you to provide identification to Italian customs before your package can be released for delivery.
For customers outside the UK, the website will show prices excluding UK sales tax. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping. You are responsible for these charges, which will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. To know the additional costs, please contact your local customs office before purchasing.
International orders that are outside of the UK and EU may be subject to additional local taxes or duty fees which are not included in the total cost of your purchase. Delivery times are approximate and Sostter cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, which may delay delivery.

Taxes & Customs
We include the cost of customs and duties in your order, so you will not have to pay for these charges upon your order's arrival. However, some orders outside of the UK and EU may be subject to additional local taxes or duties that are not covered in the total cost of your purchase. These additional costs will need to be paid in cash or by cheque upon delivery. You will be contacted by your local customs office prior to delivery. Please note that local taxes may not be refundable for non-UK customers who wish to return items.
Only when you, the customer is happy, can we be, and we know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. That's not a problem, we know that's just how the cookie crumbles.
We accept returns for all full-price items that reach us within 30 days of the original delivery date and all sale items that reach us within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Please return all products in their original condition and packaging along with the original packing list. Please contact us if you require a replacement packing list as any order returned without one will be rejected [ sorry about that but our lovely warehouse team will not be able to identify your return without it ]
At the moment, we do not offer free returns for all orders. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of the return shipment to the UK to the address on the packing list.
If you LOVE your new Sostter goodies but think you might have picked the wrong color or even the wrong product, then we'd be chuffed to exchange it for you. Please ping us a message and we will sort it out for you.
Our lovely customer service team will always endeavor to process all refunds as swiftly as possible. We will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the products (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days of Sostter receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned products. Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Sostter cannot guarantee how long it will take for a refund to show on your account, as this is controlled by the card issuer.
