Care Instructions: Wash at 30 degrees Celsius. Do not tumble dry. The infrared minerals are woven into the fibres themselves, so the technology never diminishes with use and remains safe for continuous wear. FDA certified as a Class I medical device.
Best Use Across Your Training Cycle: Wear 30 minutes before performing to prime muscles and prevent injury. Continue during training and competitions. Wear for at least one hour afterwards to support recovery. For injury rehabilitation, use as much as possible.
