A Rather Splendid Little Candle, Handpoured in Scotland
We make these beautifully crafted candles by hand using sustainable rapeseed and coconut wax. Nothing fancy about the process, really, except that we're rather meticulous about it. The result is a properly gorgeous candle that actually performs rather well.

Candles create a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, though they do require a spot of common sense. Here are some rather important guidelines to keep things safe and sound:
- Place candles away from flammable materials, including curtains, furniture, and other combustibles
- Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets
- Use a proper candle holder to contain melted wax and catch any falling embers
- Extinguish candles when you leave the room or go to sleep
- Trim wicks to one quarter inch before lighting for slower, more even burning
- Do not move a lit candle
- Never use water to extinguish a candle
- Do not burn multiple candles close together, as they can create excessive heat
- For outdoor candles, place in a sheltered area away from wind
- Always use caution when lighting and extinguishing
