Fabric Composition: 50% KYnergy polyester, 30% polyester, 20% elastane
Fit: Elastic waistband for secure yet flexible wear. Our garments don't need to be uncomfortably tight for the infrared technology to work, so size to your preference. If you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.
Size Guide: Waist measurements range from 28 inches (XS) to 38 inches (XXL). Inner leg measurements range from 27-28 inches (XS) to 34 inches (XL and XXL).
Care: Wash at 30 degrees Celsius, do not tumble dry.
How to Use: Wear for 30 minutes before training to prime your muscles, during your workout, and for at least one hour afterward to support recovery. For injury rehabilitation, wear as much as possible.
