How to Use This Rather Good Thing
For Heat Therapy: Fold in half and microwave on low for 30 seconds at a time, flipping between intervals until warm enough. Never exceed 1 minute and 30 seconds total. Always test the temperature before applying to skin and keep watch while heating.
For Cold Therapy: Store in the freezer until needed, then apply directly to neck and shoulders.
Important Safety Notes: This is designed for soothing heat or cold therapy only. Always follow heating instructions with proper attention. Test temperature before skin contact. If you have sensory impairment, nerve damage, paralysis, diabetes, or reduced circulation, do consult a healthcare professional first. Not suitable for infants or anyone unable to remove the wrap themselves. Never leave unattended while heating, as overheating may cause burns or fabric damage.
