Materials: Cotton and linen blend canvas exterior, filled with natural lentils
Heat Therapy Instructions: Fold in half and microwave on low for 30 seconds at a time, flipping between increments until the warmth feels rather splendid. Maximum 1.5 minutes. Always monitor whilst heating and test the temperature before applying to your skin.
Cold Therapy Instructions: Pop it in the freezer until you need some soothing relief.
