The copper content can occasionally leave a slight green mark on skin, easily avoided by keeping your earrings dry and polished. They're perfectly safe in water, though do dry them straightaway.
Caring for Your Earrings: A bit of household whitening toothpaste or ketchup works splendidly for polishing. Gently rub for 30 to 60 seconds and finish with an old toothbrush. Truly, it's marvellously simple.
