Magnesium Flakes: For foot soaks, dissolve 150g in warm water. For full-body relaxation, use 250g in a full bath. Recommended 2 or 3 times weekly. Safe for everyone including pregnant and breastfeeding individuals.
Magnesium Oil: After a shower, give your skin 5 to 10 spritzes and a quick massage. Absorbs marvellously. Avoid delicate spots, of course.
