Dipp'd Cookies claims a reasonably specific distinction: they were the first in the UK to create authentic American-style sugar cookies, handcrafted in their Shropshire bakery from a secret recipe (developed over a year of testing) that yields something significantly more interesting than the usual biscuit-aisle alternative. The cookies are enormous, properly crumbly, and hand-piped with thick, luxurious mounds of buttercream in an ever-evolving rotation of more than 80 flavours — from lemon meringue, Biscoff, and Eton mess to pistachio chocolate, golden Oreo, pink birthday cake, and limited-edition seasonal specials that change regularly. The family-run bakery began in Shrewsbury (on the cobbled Claremont Hill leading up to the Quarry park) and has since expanded its presence across Shropshire and Cheshire, with new high-street locations on the way. A serious cult following on TikTok and Instagram has helped them ship UK-wide, with online ordering bringing the over-the-top flavours straight to the door.

The full range covers the signature gigantic sugar cookies, in-house chocolate and double-chocolate cookies, mini cookies (mini choc chip, triple choc chip, dippable sugar cookies with sauces and buttercreams for the more interactive cookie experience), and brownies. The online ordering system lets customers build their own box, mix flavours freely, and add a personalised gift note — useful for the birthdays, congratulations, and small ceremonial moments that benefit from being marked with something rather more substantial than a card. Beyond the standard box, Dipp'd handles branded corporate cookies with edible logo toppers, large party orders, and bespoke gifting, all handmade to order. Halal and vegetarian friendly throughout the range, and made in a facility that handles common allergens (full nutritional and allergen information is available for every flavour).
