Nofi Kids is a small family-run Estonian brand founded in Tartu in 2021, specialising in indoor children's swings — the kind that hang from a ceiling beam in a living room or playroom rather than from a frame in a garden. The hero product is the HopOn swing, a wooden seat-and-rope arrangement made for children aged three and up, available in Stone Grey, Pearl White, Night Grey, and Sand — palettes the brand has chosen specifically because, in their own words, they don't need to be hidden in a toy box. A second product, the BaBi baby swing, covers the under-threes from around six months, when the child can sit independently. Each is OEKO-TEX certified for textile safety, CE-marked for EU compliance, designed and manufactured locally in Tartu, and built around the same not-particularly-fashionable insight that several other small kids' brands have been making commercial mileage from of late: that children's equipment doesn't have to be visually loud to be exciting.

The case for an indoor swing as a piece of children's furniture is the slightly more substantive version of the case for any thoughtful piece of kids' kit: that an object children genuinely want to use does more for their development — vestibular sense, gross motor control, the small but real benefit of having a piece of household equipment that's purely theirs — than three more decorative pieces, and the swing happens to be the rare item that holds children's interest across the years from toddling to early school age. Mounting hardware is sold separately, with wood-ceiling and concrete-ceiling versions in four-piece anchor sets, and the brand is honest about what kind of ceiling does and doesn't take a child's weight (gypsum boards do not). Worldwide shipping leaves Tartu within one to two business days; everything is OEKO-TEX-certified at the textile level and CE-marked at the European safety level.
