Tanel Veenre is an Estonian designer whose world blends fine jewellery, fashion, and a touch of fantasy. Raised in a family of artists and musicians, creativity runs deep in his roots. He began his artistic training at Pelgulinna High School before graduating from the Estonian Academy of Arts in 2005, where he majored in jewellery.
In 2014, Tanel launched his namesake label, Tanel Veenre Jewellery. What began as a jewellery brand has since evolved into a wider lifestyle and fashion universe, now simply known as Tanel Veenre.
Internationally recognised, Tanel’s accolades include the Kristjan Raud Art Award, the Estonian National Cultural Award, and the prestigious Kuldnõel fashion prize. His work has appeared in over 300 exhibitions and fashion shows around the globe — from Berlin and Bangkok to Amsterdam and Santiago — and has even caught the eye of Vogue Italia.
