About the Name: These loungers honour the Mediterranean monk seal, one of the most endangered mammals on Earth. Once abundant on open beaches, these remarkable creatures now retreat to sea caves for shelter due to historic hunting and habitat disturbance. A portion of spirit goes toward their conservation.
