but also give you a great non-slip surface that won’t move around or bunch up under your feet while you practice. Ideal for yoga, Bikram, hot yoga, sweaty practice, Pilates, and general exercise.

Washing Instructions:
- Machine wash alone with detergent (NO BLEACH) on gentle cycle in cold water.

Recommended Tip: At the beginning of your practice, lightly spraying water on the top surface of the mat will prevent sliding, if you have dry hands and feet.
