A Rather Splendid Take on a Classic
We'd like to think of this as Earl Grey's cleverer, more interesting cousin. It's rather good, if we're being honest, with all those glorious bergamot notes you'd expect, but brightened considerably by a generous helping of lemon peel. The result is something altogether fabulous: a cup that's both familiar and utterly fetching, with a full bodied character and a delightfully tart finish that lingers rather nicely.

Luxury Ingredients: Black tea, orange pieces, cornflower and rose petals, lime leaves, natural flavours compliant with organic standards.
What Makes It Baroness: A bit of a funny story, actually. This was previously called something rather similar, but we've been asked to rename it by another tea house. Hence our rather grand alternative. It's the same glorious blend, just with better manners.
This is the sort of tea that makes a proper afternoon rather special. The kind you reach for when you want something that feels like an occasion, but requires no fuss whatsoever. Rather marvellous value for a beautifully made cup.
