Sizing — Available in XS through XL. Model pictured wears XS and stands 5 foot 10 inches. Remember, these leggings don't need to be tight for the infrared to work, so size up if you prefer a roomier fit.
How to Get the Best From Them — Wear for 30 minutes before exercise to prime your muscles, during your workout, and for at least one hour afterwards to support recovery. The infrared technology never diminishes—the minerals are woven into the fibres themselves, so they'll perform just as brilliantly after your hundredth wash as they do today.
Care Instructions — Wash at 30 degrees Celsius. Air dry. That's genuinely it.
