This is where our Low Relief Terrace House steps in, looking absolutely marvellous and ready to transform your layout from 'nice attempt' to 'genuinely impressive'. It's unpainted and unassembled, which means you get to do the rather satisfying bit yourself.

Fabulously Flexible: Works across UK Railway Eras 1 through 11, so whether your layout is set in the 1890s or the 1980s, this building slots right in without looking out of place.
Lighting Ready: Space for LED lighting has been thoughtfully built into the design. A little glow from within transforms the whole scene from nice to genuinely showstopping.
Proper Craftsmanship: Beautifully crafted in resin with clearances included to make assembly rather less painful than you might expect. Windows arrive as a separate transparent sheet—you'll cut them to size using the tool provided, which is rather more civilised than fumbling with a craft knife.

Scale: OO and HO compatible
Format: Unpainted 3D printed resin, ready for acrylic or enamel paints. You may wish to do a spot of sanding and filling for that gallery-ready finish.
Assembly: Unassembled kit with instructions included. Do read through and dry assemble before committing to glue—a sensible approach to most things in life, really.
Variants: Mirrored version available if you fancy bookending your terrace row.
