Look, we'll be honest: these little spheres of joy have won medals, which is both tremendously gratifying and rather embarrassing for us to mention. They're handmade by our chocolatiers with the kind of fuss and care that suggests they might be slightly obsessive. Dark chocolate ganache, whipped with fresh cream until it's almost cloud-like in texture, then dipped in 70 percent dark chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder. The result is something altogether marvellous.

Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (70 percent Cocoa Minimum) with Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Soya Lecithin, and Natural Vanilla Extract. Fresh Cream, Glucose Syrup, Sorbitol, and Cocoa Powder.
Allergens: Contains Soya and Milk. Made in an environment that handles Egg, Milk, Gluten, Tree Nuts, Sesame, Sulphites, and Peanut.
Shelf Life: These contain fresh cream and remain at their best for four weeks from dispatch. A gentle reminder to enjoy them rather promptly.

Same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm on weekdays. Free standard delivery on orders over £35. Free Click and Collect available. Named day delivery £10. Royal Mail First Class delivery £4.50.
