How to Use Your Dry Skin Body Brush

Prepare your skin: Ensure your skin is completely dry and free of lotions or oils. Dry brushing works best on, well, dry skin.
Start at your feet: Begin with gentle sweeping motions from your feet upward. Always brush towards your heart to promote circulation.
Use gentle pressure: Apply light pressure and let the natural bristles do the work. Adjust according to your comfort level.
Move up your body: Progress from legs to arms to torso. Spend a touch more time on rougher areas like elbows, knees, and ankles.
Circular motions for sensitive areas: Around your chest and abdomen, use gentle circular strokes rather than sweeping ones.
