How to Use

For Heat Therapy: Fold the compress in half and place in the microwave. Heat on low for 30 seconds at a time, flipping between increments until desired warmth is achieved, no longer than 1.5 minutes total. Always monitor while heating and test the temperature before applying to your skin.

For Cold Therapy: Store in the freezer until ready to use.
