How to Use

For Heat Therapy: Place in the microwave and heat in 30-second increments until your desired warmth is reached (no longer than 1.5 minutes total). Do test the temperature before applying to your skin, rather importantly.

For Cold Therapy: Store in the freezer until you're ready to use. Straightforward stuff.

Safety Note: This product is designed for soothing heat or cold therapy. Always follow heating instructions with care. Check temperature before applying to skin. Individuals with sensory impairment, nerve damage, paralysis, diabetes, or reduced circulation should consult a healthcare professional before use.
