Natural Materials, Honestly Made: We've filled these with natural, unscented lentils and wrapped them in a cotton and linen blend canvas. No mysterious chemicals, no odd odours, just proper comfort handcrafted in our Austin, Texas studio.

How to Use
For Heat Therapy: Place in the microwave and heat in 30-second increments until the desired warmth is achieved. Do not exceed 30 seconds for the eye mask or 90 seconds for the neck wrap. Always test the temperature before applying to your skin.
For Cold Therapy: Store in the freezer until ready to use.
Safety Note: This product is designed for soothing heat or cold therapy. Always follow heating instructions carefully. Check temperature before applying to skin. Individuals with sensory impairment, nerve damage, paralysis, diabetes, or reduced circulation should consult a healthcare professional before use.
