This is a splendid collection of five beautifully detailed terrace buildings that slot together to create the sort of scene you'd find in countless UK towns and cities. Think fish and chips shop nestled between residential homes, complete with back alleys and period charm. It's the sort of thing that makes model enthusiasts genuinely excited.

Utterly Fetching Period Detail: Three sash windows per house front, one-storey annexes, authentic back yards complete with outdoor facilities, and a proper working shopfront with commercial kitchen extension. Each element has been thoughtfully designed to capture the era authentically.
Fabulously Flexible: Works across UK eras 1 through 11, so whether you're building a Victorian scene or something more contemporary, you've got the flexibility to do it properly.
Pre-wired for Atmosphere: LED lighting space has been built into the design, meaning you can add genuine illumination if the mood takes you.
Beautifully Crafted for Assembly: Clearances have been included throughout to make assembly rather less frustrating than it might otherwise be. Dry assemble first, glue later. Sensible approach.
Product Details
What You're Getting: One standard terrace house, two mirrored terrace houses, one terrace house with passage access, and one terrace shop building with fish and chips signage.
The Reality of Assembly: These arrive as unpainted 3D printed resin pieces, unassembled. You'll need to paint them with acrylic or enamel paints, and a spot of sanding and filling may be required. Windows are supplied as separate transparent sheet material and require cutting to size using the provided tool. Not quite plug-and-play, but genuinely rewarding.
Finishing Your Build: Read through the instructions and dry assemble before committing anything to glue. Takes a bit of patience, but you'll end up with something quite the showstopper.
Dispatch: Orders typically take up to 7 working days to prepare and are sent via Royal Mail to UK and international addresses.
Safety Notice: Not a toy. Intended for adult collectors aged 14 and above. Small parts present choking hazard.
