Our Low Relief Terrace House is a beautifully crafted 3D printed model that captures the essence of those lovely townhouse facades you see dotted across the UK. Three sash windows on the front, proper proportions, and just enough character to make any model railway layout feel authentically lived-in.

Thoughtfully Engineered Assembly: We've included clearances where possible to make assembly pleasantly straightforward. A handy cutting tool comes with your order to help you prepare the windows from the supplied transparent sheet. Dry assembly before gluing is rather recommended, and we've included instructions to walk you through it all.
Ready for Your Personal Touch: Supplied unpainted in resin, this model is ready for acrylic or enamel paints. You may wish to do a touch of sanding and filling to achieve your desired finish, which is all part of the rather satisfying customisation process.
