Right then, if you've ever fancied yourself as a rather competent model builder with a soft spot for industrial heritage, this is rather the thing. We've designed a proper little gem of a warehouse kit that's positively brimming with character and, dare I say, utterly fetching detail.

Authentic Period Detail: Gorgeously rendered in the style of early industrial canal wharfs, complete with a stone-built first floor, quartermaster's lodging, and covered loading hoist. It's the sort of thing that makes model railway layouts genuinely interesting.
Beautifully Crafted for Customisation: Comes unpainted and unassembled, which means you get to have all the creative fun. Paint it with acrylics or enamels in whatever palette strikes your fancy. Some gentle sanding and filling may be needed, but that's all part of the rather splendid charm.
LED Lighting Ready: Space has been thoughtfully included for LED lighting, so you can create something truly marvellous when it's finished.
Everything You Need: Windows require a bit of cutting from the transparent sheet material provided, but don't panic. A dedicated tool is included to make the job rather less fiddly than you'd expect.
Assembly Made Sensible: Clearances have been built into the design to make assembly considerably less of a headache. We strongly recommend a dry run and a proper read-through of the instructions before committing anything to glue.
