Right then, here's the thing about this rather marvellous kit: it lets you recreate Platform 2 of a genuinely historic station building with your own two hands. Based on the actual Gainsborough Central Station, this splendid structure captures the golden age of British railways between the 1920s and 1950s. Rather clever, really.
