This rather splendid six-building collection lets you recreate those quintessentially terraced neighbourhoods found across the UK, all in beautifully detailed N scale. We've rather helpfully bungled our way through the design process to ensure maximum character and buildability.

Thoughtfully Designed Details: Features three sash windows per house, authentic back alley access on one model, and properly proportioned outdoor toilets and tool sheds. The kind of small details that make collectors rather pleased with themselves.
Built for Illumination: Pre-routed spaces let you add LED lighting with fabulous effect. Your layout will look quite the showstopper after dark.
What's Included
The Pack Contains: Three standard terrace houses, two mirrored versions for layout flexibility, and one house with integrated close access passageway. Six buildings to work with, each gorgeously proportioned at N scale.
Product Details
Material and Finish: Three-dimensional resin printing, unassembled. May require light sanding and filling before painting. Windows are cut from transparent sheet material using the provided cutting tool, so a bit of handiwork involved but nothing too baffling.
Assembly: Clearances built in to help things fit together sensibly. Do have a practice dry assembly before committing the glue. The instructions are rather helpful for avoiding embarrassing mistakes.
Dispatch: Built to order and typically dispatched within seven working days via Royal Mail, UK and internationally.
Age Guide: For adult collectors aged fourteen and above. Not suitable for children due to small parts.

Now, we absolutely adore our brand partners - they work incredibly hard and we do try to support them as much as we possibly can. So I'm rather afraid we have to pass the return postage costs back to you. Frightfully sorry about that!
