Right then, here's a rather splendid bit of miniature architecture. This is a properly handsome low relief terrace house kit, the sort you'd spot in towns and cities across the UK, complete with a charming one storey annex, back yard, and rather fetching outdoor toilet and tool shed. There's even a passageway running through the whole thing, which we thought was quite the clever touch for occupants nipping out back.

Easy Assembly: Clearances have been kindly included throughout to make assembly rather less of a headache. We do recommend dry assembling first and reading the instructions, mostly to avoid the sort of gluing disaster that haunts model builders' dreams.

Windows: You'll need to cut these out separately from transparent sheet material. A cutting tool is included to make this less of a bodge job.
Finishing: May require some gentle sanding and filling before painting, rather like real renovation actually.

Scale and Details: Detail may vary slightly from images shown depending on the size you've chosen. It's all rather bespoke that way.
