This is a splendid low relief terrace shop, the sort you'd find nestled between a greengrocer and a laundrette in any proper British town. It comes as an unpainted, unassembled resin casting, ready for you to transform into something utterly fetching.

Designed for Builders: Windows arrive as a separate transparent sheet and must be cut out by hand using the included tool. Yes, it's a bit more fiddly, but rather rewarding when you get it just right. Clearances have been built in throughout to make assembly reasonably painless.

Customisation Ready: Supply your own acrylic or enamel paints and create something entirely yours. Minor sanding and filling may be required, which is all part of the charm.
