A Word on Care
The open cell material does something rather clever: it absorbs moisture through its porous surface, which is what creates the grip. Spot clean only with a lightly damp cloth to keep those cells working properly. Over time, natural oils and dirt may show on the surface, which is simply the mat doing its job.
This mat pairs beautifully with dedicated open cell mat cleaners if you fancy a deeper refresh. A glorious addition to any practice space.
